Things I learned while writing this book:I learned how to fly a plane and do basic aerobatics.
I rode in a cop car. I shot a gun. I took part in a simulated high-speed car chase, and I learned how to do a lightning-quick U-turn. I learned how to bet on the horses. I learned how to remove Sharpie marker from skin. I found out how to open a locked door using a credit card. I ate a Fluffernutter sandwich. Tasty ingredients that make up DEATH OVER EASY:One charming village
One bowl of pancake batter A freelance editor approaching the Big 4-0 A compelling birthday ritual One roaming cat A spunky waitress A busybody from Brooklyn A sleezeball or two One hot guy One fast airplane Three uncles Some cops and, of course, a murderer.... Mix up in a pan. Bake until bubbly. Serve immediately.
